Masukkan air dan nasi ke dalam susu yang tengah direbus.  Rebus sekitar 1 ½ jam dengan api sedang.  Aduk dan naikkan suhu kompor.  Ketika puding sudah mengental, tambahkan gula, air mawar, dan sari jeruk.  Terus direbus sampai gelembung-gelembung muncul.  Pindahkan ke piring-piring kecil. Campurkan dengan garam dan merica.  Bentuk bulat-bulat seperti menjadi bakso dan rebus.  Rebus tulang dan daging di panci bertekanan.  Tiriskan.  Masak sekitar 20 menit.  Masukkan bakso, nasi dan jus tomat.  Masak selama 10 menit.  Pindahkan tulang.  Masukkan daun sup dan kayu manis sebelum disajikan.  Hidangan ini untuk porsi 10 orang.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Resep ini merupakan resep tradisional.  Daging, garam, dan merica dimasukkan ke lesung batu dengan alu dari kayu yang disebut jorn dan madaqqa.  Ditumbuk sampai halus seperti bubur.  Bentuk menjadi bola-bola kecil lalu direbus dalam kaldu.  Tulang juga direbus dengan kaldu.  Masukkan jus tomat dan penyedap.  Rebus sampai benar-benar menjadi bakso.  Tambahkan setengah cangkir beras dan tanak sampai matang.  Masukkan daun sup dan rebus selama 3 menit. Jangan keluarkan isinya.  Kupas sebagian potongan yang memanjang.  Lubangi masing-masing terung sebanyak tiga buah lubang dan masukkan bawang putih ke dalamnya.  Goreng dengan minyak panas sampai lembek dan kecoklatan.  Masukkan ke panci bertekanan.  Tambahkan air, jus delima, garam, merica, dan kayu manis.  Masak selama 12 menit.  Buka panci.  Masukkan penyedap rasa dan didihkan sampai bumbu meresap.
